By using this website or placing an order, you accept these florist terms and conditions. They cover flowers, bouquets, plants, subscriptions, delivery services and consultations arranged by Lewis & Lambert Botanicals.
Our trading address is Ashtead Woods Road, Mole Valley, Surrey, KT21 2EZ. For order queries, call +44 7451 280135 or email [email protected].
The price, product description, delivery choice and any written message shown at checkout form part of your order. Wedding and funeral work may have a separate written agreement. If that contract differs from these general terms, the signed contract applies to that work.
Subscription orders follow the frequency, delivery area and price agreed at the time of purchase. We use seasonal flowers for each delivery, so stem choice and colour balance can change. Contact us before the next scheduled delivery if you need to pause or amend a subscription.
Natural variation
Product variation and substitution
Flowers are seasonal products. Your arrangement may differ from a photograph while keeping the same value, feel and colour direction.
Photos are guides
Stem size, opening stage and exact flower variety can vary with the season and local availability.
Like-for-like choices
If a stem is unavailable, we choose an equivalent quality and colour so the arrangement keeps its intended character.
Bespoke approval
For a bespoke order, we discuss a significant colour or design change with you before making it.
Plants have character
Plant size, leaf shape and pot colour may differ slightly from the product image.
Paying for your order
Prices and payment
The amount shown at checkout is the amount we use to confirm your order, unless we contact you about a clear pricing error.
Secure checkout
Payment is taken when you place the order through the secure payment gateway.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are added at checkout and depend on the delivery service and address. Corporate, wedding and funeral work may use invoice payment terms agreed in writing. An order is confirmed once payment has been authorised or the agreed invoice arrangement is in place.
Planning your delivery
Delivery windows and same-day orders
We plan routes around the requested window. Exact arrival times can change with traffic, access and the number of deliveries that day.
| Service | Order by | Expected window | What to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Same-day delivery | 12:00 | 2pm to 5pm | Availability must be confirmed at checkout. Exact arrival time isn't guaranteed. |
| Next-day delivery | 6pm on the previous day | Selected delivery window | Orders after the cut-off move to the next available date. |
| Timed or event delivery | As agreed in writing | Contracted time | Wedding and funeral delivery details sit within the written order agreement. |
If we are delayed
We will contact you when a delivery is likely to miss its stated window. Weather, traffic and access restrictions can affect routes.
If nobody answers
Unless you tell us otherwise, we may leave the order in a safe place or with a neighbour. We will let you know where it has been left.
Cancellations
Tell us as soon as your plans change.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. A same-day cancellation may incur a 50% charge because flowers may already have been selected or prepared. Wedding and funeral orders follow the cancellation and deposit terms in their separate contract.
Refunds and damaged items
We want problems reported promptly.
Report damaged flowers within 24 hours and include clear photographs of the order. After review, we may arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the affected order. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Natural ageing after delivery, damage caused by unsuitable care or an incorrect delivery address may affect the remedy available.
A smooth handover
Your responsibilities
A few accurate details help us deliver flowers and plants in good condition.
Give us the correct recipient name, delivery address, postcode and contact number. Make sure someone is available when a signature is required, or tell us a safe place before dispatch. Check plants when they arrive and contact us promptly if you spot pests or serious damage. Plants are treated before sale. Follow the care instructions supplied with your flowers or plants to help them stay fresh.
